If it helps Members, in the Constitution of the United States of America (USA), one of the qualifications of becoming a Senator is for you to produce a birth certificate and confirm that you are 35 years and above. Since the drafters of our Constitution were so generous as to allow our youth to come to this serious House, we expect them to live by the African saying that: “When a child washes his hands, he caneat from the same table with adults”. We claim that the dignity of this House must be maintained."
