"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Would it be in order for the Senate Majority Leader to go further and explain the difference between Standing Committees and Sessional Committees? Given the fact that people belong to more than one Committee, what rationale did the Senate Majority Leader and the group that constituted these Committees have in deciding how belonging to these Committees was rationalized between Standing Committees and Sessional Committees? For example, would it be in order for a Member to be in three Standing Committees and not in a Sessional Committee or would it make much more sense if there is fair distribution between Standing Committees and Sessional Committees?"
