    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first and foremost, I would like to thank the Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Energy, Roads and Transportation, Sen. Mwazo, for giving a detailed Statement, which he gave to me in advance, concerning the question that I raised, including photographs, one of which is a building that is named after my grandmother. Further, I would like to thank him for also arranging for me to see the Cabinet Secretary in charge of roads, for the remainder of the 19 kilometres. That is my statement.
