    "content": "is that looking at this Statement, the Governor is misleading this House. In his answer, in the Statement just delivered, he is telling this House that it is not true that there are any increments of parking fees beyond what was approved by the Nairobi City County Assembly. I have a copy of what was resolved in the County Assembly. I wish to table it. Mr. Speaker, Sir, in one of the agenda, it was resolved that the county also intends to increase the parking fees by at least 30 per cent, but I have with me the receipts of the parking fees which the Passenger Service Vehicle (PSV) operators were issued with after making the payments. In the previous month, the operators were paying Kshs3,000. I wish to mention that this is a receipt of matatu registration number KBR 692P. In the previous months, this operator used to pay Kshs3,000 and I table the receipts. Currently, the operator is paying Kshs8,000. Is that 30 per cent? I table the receipts and I also table the resolution passed by the County Assembly."
