(Dr.) Khalwale Boni Mr. Speaker, Sir, before we were interrupted by darkness which was preceded by a bit of turbulence in the Chamber as a result of short moments which have boosted the morale of my brother, the Senator for Bungoma and Leader of Minority, Sen. Wetangula, I had started by saying that we have tried to balance as much as possible the various interests of gender, regional diversity but in the context of an expanded menu of committees. The reason I emphasize the expansion of committees is because it is not easy now and in fact, it is more difficult than before to satisfy some of the issues around diversity and gender because there are so many committees. Nevertheless, we have tried our best. There have been wide consultations within the Majority and Minority side. Without repeating myself, if there is anything that is not addressed, it will not be due to lack of consultations but it would just be an oversight. Mr. Speaker, Sir, before darkness came, I had apologized to my brother Sen. ole Ntutu and the people of Narok County for the oversight that caused them the small mishap that we saw. As you can see, Sen. ole Ntutu is no longer on the wrong side. He is very happy. The second apology goes to the Senator for Tana River County, Sen. Bule.
