    "content": "interests have been taken care of. I want to urge this House today to not only support this Motion but also if possible approve it. The reason is because we are now in the third week after resuming the second session and up to now, the work of committees except the two that are not affected; that is, the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations and the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights, the rest of the committees have not had the opportunity to start business. So, we hope that when this Motion passes, we should be able to start the work of committees for the second session in earnest. The second session is busier and we expect more workload and more activity by our committees. Therefore, I want to thank Members and ask them to debate and support this Motion. With those many remarks, I beg to more and request, in the tradition of this House, Sen. Wetangula, the Leader of Minority to second."
