Budgets close next month and that is a matter that needs to be hurriedly put together and adjustments made to the budgets we had given to the clerk. There are operational issues that need clarification so that we know whether we can continue with the work that we have been doing until the new chairpersons are in place. Do we stop everything or how do we proceed?"
