    "content": "Member of Parliament and also a member of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC). He was also the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare while he was a Member of Parliament. Therefore, Dr. Ali comes along as a very qualified person. He was an MOH at Wajir District Hospital. He was a medical officer in Isiolo District Hospital, Medical officer in charge of Moyale District Hospital and served in various other capacities. I would therefore like to conclude by saying that the Committee recommends that Mrs. Lorna Mumelo and Hon. (Dr.) Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali be appointed as members of the Parliamentary Service Commission under Article 127 (2) (d) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. We have attached annexes which are the minutes of my Committee; the HANSARD of the Senate of how the document was handed from the Speaker to us. Votes and Proceedings of the National Assembly on the 26th February, 2014 that approved the Motion of appointment to PSC and also the National Assembly HANSARD report for Wednesday February, 26th 2014 and Tuesday, February 25th 2014.
