Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, these are two very distinguished Kenyans. We served with Dr. Ali in the Ninth Parliament and he distinguished himself as a very formidable campaigner and supporter of parliamentary independence and freedom. You will recall how he used to raise numerous points of order on anything that needed his attention and the Speaker’s attention.
