    "content": "to do much more in the Commission. As a Member who represents this House in the Commission, I will be very happy to work with Dr. Ali in that capacity. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, Mrs. Lornah Mumelo came into the limelight after a previous nominee, Mrs. Baraza; was rejected by the National Assembly. I want to confirm that a lot of hunting was done to come up with somebody who we were sure will not have any issues, in order to face any challenges of rejection. She is currently a senior lecturer at Shanzu Teachers College. She is actually a head of department in Shanzu. She is very qualified and her Curriculum Vitae (CV) is very rich. We are certain that by nominating her to the Parliamentary Service Commision, we will add a lot of value to the institution. I am sure that she will be able to serve this institution with distinction. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, therefore, I hereby very strongly recommend to my colleagues, the distinguished Senators, that without wasting a lot of time, we should approve the appointment of Dr. Ali and Mrs. Lornah Mumelo to be members of the Parliamentary Service Commission, pursuant to Article 127 (2) (d) of the Constitution.
