Mwakulegwa for ably moving the Motion and for leading the Committee, along with his Chair, Sen. Moi, in this tour. Allow me also to thank the Committee for the quality of the Report. Every time I look at reports of this House and I compare them with the reports that we used to have when we were Members of the Lower House, I see the difference.
