    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I must confess that I used the word Chinkororo and if you allow me I can correct Sen. (Dr.) Kuti. He does not understand the Kisii Language whereas I do. To some Kenyans, Chinkororo means what he thinks, but to Kisiis, Chinkororo is synonymous with heroism; the warrior spirit. So, he carried that spirit of heroism in his tenure as the Minister for Finance to make sure that improvements were done at the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA), the Kenya Refineries Limited and so on.
