    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I would also like to just support this Petition and urge that the issues of ESP projects, which came into effect in the 2009/2010 Financial Year, need to be addressed. The Budget and Appropriations Committee has been discussing how we can support the allocation of funds to some of these projects to have them completed. Especially, I know that my Chair has been very passionate about primary and secondary schools as ESP projects."
