Even as you raise that point, I was wondering whether you were not out of order on the constitutional principle of separation of powers. The constitutional principle of separation of powers does not mean that nothing happens between the three arms of Government, in consultation. It is not a matter that we can start saying, merely, because somebody has been named to do something, that affects their functioning as a Member of Parliament. In fact, it is very useful because they can even decide to teach the Executive certain lessons on the lines of separation. Hon. Njoroge indicated that he wanted some more time."
