I am talking of a case in Kisumu High Court whereby MOCO took Mumias Sugar Company to court challenging the Sugar Company to pay them capital levy. The case was moved, when Mumias Sugar Company went to Kakamega and sued MOCO to stop it, so that they could continue with the process of arbitration. So, there are two cases."
