Speaker, the HBC met on Tuesday this week and gave priority to the following business: Next week the House will consider the Marriage Bill, 2013 and the National Police Service (Amendment) Bill, 2013 for the Committee of the whole House. In this regard, through you, hon. Speaker, I wish to encourage Members to participate in this very important stage of these two Bills. Hon. Speaker, through you again, let me take the opportunity to urge Members with proposed amendments to the two Bills to hand them over to the office of the Clerk in good time as they have to appear on the Order Paper. Hon. Speaker, the House will debate the Report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee."
