    "content": "Lastly and not least, I think the contracts are just a joke. We have contracts all over and any contract that you have seen and read about is faulted. I want to say this: I did some work in my constituency and I have realised that contractors work with the accounting officers to fleece the Government. We should do something about that. I have had cases where I did the work myself in my constituency and I spent a quarter of what would actually be spent, if I gave it to a contractor."
