    "content": "Hon. Speaker, let me first of all, take this opportunity to really thank hon. Members for the enthusiasm they have shown in the two Reports, and as I said while moving the Motion, that this, indeed, was historic. This is the first time ever in the history of our Parliament that the House has had the opportunity to consider reports of two consecutive financial years at the same time. Let me also reiterate again what I said at the beginning that these Reports were, indeed, prepared by the preceding Committee, the predecessor to the current PAC in the last Parliament. And that, indeed, as hon. Members have expressed, there has been a considerable time lapse; the period that has already lapsed covered by these Reports."
