    "content": "(i) We are aware that the Office of the Auditor-General is considerably constrained in terms of personnel and capacity to undertake their responsibilities. Remember, the Office of the Auditor-General now has a responsibility over 48 governments - the national Government and 47 county governments. The Auditor- General has to release audited accounts such as this for the national Government and 47 separate reports for each of the 47 county governments.
