    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the other issue that we must deal with is interest rates. If I am asked, it is high time we revisited the Donde Bill. If commercial banks cannot hear the plea by the Central Bank or the Treasury, it is high time this particular House legislated on cutting down interest rates. I do not believe that our banks will have any mercy on our people. I think we should bring back the Donde Bill."
