    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute and support this Motion. Having listened to the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Budget and Appropriations, the would- be president, hon. Mutava Musyimi- He was shy to be the president, though we wanted to give him the post. I am very convinced that there are certain things that are very wrong in this country and they need to be fixed in order to move this economy forward.
