    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has said that the Ministry stopped the KSB from supporting the arbitration process, whereas in the Sugar Act, 2001, part of the functions of the KSB is arbitration. So, why would the Ministry interfere with the functioning of the KSB when in the actual sense it is supposed to be funding the arbitration process? Part of the functions of the KSB is to support arbitration in matters affecting the industry. Why should the Ministry refuse to fund this matter?"
