    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Government has, through the Chair, told the farmers in West Pokot that they should not take their animals for dipping and they should spray those animals at home. Spraying the animals at home has got a serious cost. The acaricides and the rucksack pumps are also expensive. Could the Chair tell us whether the Government has also supported farmers by distributing pumps and acaricides so that the exercise can take place at home?"
