    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek a clarification from the Chairman whether the Government has explored and attended to the issue of the fact that most of these livestock diseases are reservoired in wildlife. There is constant migration or transfer of these animal diseases from wildlife to livestock which is domesticated. Could he tell us what the Government is doing to control or limit the transfer of these diseases from the wildlife to domestic animals?
