Last week, I am sure you were in the House when this matter was referred again on the same pretext that another Ministry should deal with it. This country has a Prime Minister who is the coordinator of Government affairs. How long is the House going to be treated to issues of “this Question does not belong here or there” and yet it can be referred to the Prime Minister to coordinate just like he is coordinating the Government? They are taking the House for a ride. Are they in order?"
