Speaker, indeed, last Thursday, I had started moving that this House adopts the Report of PAC on the Government of Kenya accounts for the Financial Years 2008/2009 and 2009/2010 laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 13th November, 2013. I already noted that this is a historic moment in the history of this House that we are moving two reports at the same time: Reports from two financial years at the same time.
