    "content": "(3) The amount referred to in Clause (2) shall be calculated on the basis of the most recent audited accounts of revenue received and as approved by the National Assembly.” It is, therefore, important for the House to note that, ultimately, the formula to be used to calculate how much revenue is shared and the exact factor of calculating how much goes to the counties is based on the audited accounts considered and approved by this House. So, the more recent we are in terms of audited accounts, the better it is for our counties in terms of the share of national revenue they receive. Allow me, therefore, to thank PAC that is doing everything possible to make sure that we are up to date in terms of accounts presented to this House.
