    "content": "My final point is, the laptops projects was supposed to cost Kshs24 billion. I cannot tell you how delighted I am that, that contract has been cancelled by the Public Procurement Oversight Authority (PPOA) that reviewed it and found that there was a lot of corruption and irregularities. The Uwezo Fund with Kshs6 billion is going to bring about Kshs.19 million or Kshs20 million per constituency. The laptop project was going to cost Kshs.24 billion. The project is expected to run over a period of five years and bring nothing to our constituencies that we can measure. I argue that if we took the Kshs24 billion we were willing to spend and implement the project through the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF), we would get benefits.
