Actually to an extent, I really appreciate because a couple of days ago--- Of course, I am aware of the fact that the National Construction Authority is trying to harmonize and put in place schedules of both contractors--- We really need a body that is going to deal with errant contractors; in addition to just blacklisting them, we should also apply penal sanctions against contractors, so that the public does not waste a lot of resources.
