    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this relates to provision of sign language on newscasts broadcast by many stations in Kenya. Clearly, when you watch news in Kenya, not all broadcasting stations provide persons who can interpret the broadcast to viewers. In view of the actual wording of Section 39; that all television stations shall provide sign language inset or subtitles in all newscasts and programmes covering events of national significance, what action is the Ministry taking to ensure that television stations comply with that requirement fully?"
