    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. The Member for Mbita, who happens to be my learned senior, has spoken very well. But after listening and looking at her, I am wondering. She is not only the Member for Mbita, but also a Member of the Pan-African Parliament. That Parliament is in session now, but she is very convincing and sitting pretty in the National Assembly of the Republic of Kenya. Is she in order to be in this House when, indeed, she is supposed to be representing the country in South Africa?"
