Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is only that I wanted to emphasize the idea that at the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, we have dealt with more than 20 reports and several Bills. I do not remember this committee bringing anything to the Floor for us to tackle. One time, I entered this Chamber and thought that the Auditor-General was before the PAC presenting something, which I thought was an audit report for the year 2011/2012. So, I thought that that report was with the Committee and I would have wished that we discussed that report and not this one of long time ago. However, it is good to adopt the report for record purposes. I know this report is critical in terms of the division of revenue, which we are waiting anxiously to tackle. We need these resources to be taken to the grassroots. Currently---"
