    "content": "I wanted to inform the Member for Bomet Central that PAC does not submit to this House a report of the Auditor-General. After the Auditor-General has presented a report to PAC, PAC then organizes hearings with all accounting officers and then presents a report from the hearings on the report of the Auditor-General. If it was merely a conveyor belt that receives a report from the Auditor-General and then brings it here, then nothing would be easier than to merely collect a report from the office of the Auditor-General and submit it to the House. So, it is a long drawn process that also has a lot to do with the operations of the Government. For example, the whole of last week, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
