    "content": "PAC was unable to interact with accounting officers; Principal Secretaries because they were all at the Mount Kenya Country Club where the Government was doing its evaluation. So, that needs to be taken into account when you are looking at the frequency at which the Committee brings reports here. The fact that the last committee concluded reports and did not table them in the House is really not sufficient for the Member to pass a judgement on the Committee. In fact, he should be complimenting this Committee for being able to carry on the business of the previous committee. Without appearing to defend the Committee, that record needs to be set right."
