    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I start by noting that in last year’s Budget submissions, the budget for the Office of the Auditor-General was slashed significantly. This was just at the time when for the first time he was going to be reporting on all the 47 counties. I think hon. Members realize the centrality of this function and I hope that its budget will be restored fully, so that the office is in a position to give us more of these reports timeously."
