    "content": "I am sure I do not want to speak on behalf of the Auditor-General, but he must be frustrated. He says so much. When he came before his House, he quantified, for once, the amount of waste as being over Kshs300 billion. Everybody was horrified. It made headlines in this country for several days and then it went quiet. That is what the PAC sees every day. I am hoping that as we become more current, we will be talking about people we have seen on the streets and people we saw yesterday. Lack of follow up is a major weakness and we need to look at it."
