    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to these Reports. As I contribute, I must indeed, sympathize with the work of Auditor-General because what you get from this Report is a do-not-care attitude of the accounting officers, which is really frustrating public accounting in this country. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this House has been granted a lot of powers by the Constitution. I think it is time we started wielding the big stick. When you look at the cases of under-expenditure and under-collection of Appropriations–in-Aid, they indicate laxity.
