Let him have the courage to implement the reports that we are debating here. Let him have the courage to deal with the individuals who have been mentioned in these Reports, and he will have more than Kshs300 billion at his disposal. There will be no need to reduce salaries because his answer lies in the reports that are presented to this House year in, year out."
