    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Ministry has given research funds to support students and lecturers to do research in the universities. Those funds will enable the students to pursue postgraduate studies. We encourage universities to support students who get First Class Honours, for example. They should be employed in the universities, so that we can have enough staff. So, I want to assure the House and the country that we are working together with university leaders, chancellors and vice-chancellors to ensure that, indeed, students are not frustrated when they register for PhD studies."
