"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, when I speak in this House and my record is known, I speak for Kenya and not just for my area. My record is known. When there was a problem in Todonyang, I was the one who requested a Statement to be given in this House. So, it is not about me but it is about the children of Kenya; it is about demoralizing a centre of excellence which is breeding future leaders of this country. That is why I am requesting you to allow us to engage the Cabinet Secretary and the CEO of the KNEC.
