    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, first of all, I agree with the guidance from the Chair that the hon. Vice-Chair be given more time to prepare more substantively to respond to this House. This is not a small matter. We are dealing with the integrity and reputation of a national institution. Let us not make the mistake of pigeonholing this school in Bondo Constituency, Siaya County. We are dealing with a national school that draws its students from across the length and breadth of our nation. Therefore, this is a matter which I believe all hon. Members in this House, in national interest ought to take interest in."
