When Statements are sought, it is very clear that the Committee should inquire into and report on. If you listened carefully to the statement of the Vice- Chair--- I now agree with the hon. Member from Meru who said yesterday that this Committee is incompetent. This Committee did not inquire into anything. They reported verbatim the report that was written to them from the Ministry. Could the Chair order this Committee to go and do an inquiry to find out--- This is because all the 23 students who took Computer Studies had their results cancelled. He has to give and offer a clear explanation to this House."
