Temporary Deputy Speaker, the other amendments now target to amend the First Schedule and introduces new exempt items and affects a wide range of consumer and productive sectors of the economy. The main sectors affected and which my amendments would seek to affect are one, the fishing industry. I have started with the fishing industry for obvious reasons because I am a fisherman and I represent fishermen and fisherwomen. Therefore, any time I think of making life bearable to people, I first think of the fishing industry."
