    "content": "Let us start with the health sector. These amendments are supposed to make mosquito nets cheaper. We all agree, as hon. Members of this House, that if you go to our bedrooms today, you will find rectangular nets and mosquitoes are kept very far from where we sleep. Because we have very good nets and are able to afford the most expensive ones, we have secured comfortable sleep. But when you look at the poor of this country, who are found in slums of this city and rural areas, where we have a lot of vegetation that is a breeding ground for mosquitoes, those people cannot afford these important nets. As a result, they are always going to hospital because of malaria. What does that do to their income?
