    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I like what hon. Mbadi said about the dead. Most of the communities in this country value the dead more than they value those who are alive. That is a fact. In my community, people will spend a lot of resources to bury their loved ones. If you analyse what is involved in the burial cost, you will find that most of the cost goes towards transporting the body. If we make the transport cheap, we will be making savings for our people and as a result they will have more money in their pockets which can be used to better their lives. That is a very important area to me."
