    "content": "Having said that, it is very important that this House goes through the proposals in this Bill with a keen eye to make sure that it is only the necessary items that are removed from the VAT law. It is important that at the Committee stage we see whether what has been proposed here are the only items that need to be included and whether all the proposals need to be adopted."
