    "content": "I would like to pick some of them. One is Item No.46 on ambulances and hearses. As you are aware, some of those facilities are not available in our constituencies and it may be difficult to access them. I would like to say that in my constituency, we have never had an ambulance. We are at the mercy of probably the county government who may want to facilitate us with some ambulances."
