If I borrow from even the language of the Constitution, sometimes when some procedures are not properly spelt out, you will be told that with proper modifications of another procedure. So, for purposes of the environment and not only in Mombasa; in places like Kisumu, north eastern and northern Kenya where the temperatures can be as high as above the human body, it will look completely nonsensical to continue remaining in your tie and jacket and you are sweating thoroughly.
