Last week when this matter came before the House, the Chair directed that it is the Ministry of Finance that should come and give an answer in the House. There were very strong submissions from the Minister of Trade on that particular day. Therefore, with the directions from the Chair that this Question should be answered by the Minister for Finance and him failing to answer it today, will I be in order to ask the Chair to invoke Standing Order No.97 because now it is clear that the Government is playing? It is not willing or is failing to answer the Question."
