For Kenyans to understand the importance of devolution, we need messages on radio and television that explain to Kenyans the importance of devolution, just like it happened in the southern state of the United States of America (USA). When African-Americans were freed from slavery, for quite some time, some did not realize that they were free. In fact, they were longing to go back to their masters. This is what is really happening in this country. Some people do not understand and realize that there is devolution and that more and more attention should be put to devolved government.
